When our client approached us for a bathroom renovation in Leeds, the goal was clear: to design a sleek, modern bathroom that combined cutting-edge functionality with clean aesthetics. Rethinking the Lighting Design

The client initially wanted an LED light square in the ceiling. However, we suggested an alternative approach that better utilised the natural angles of the room. By integrating the LED strips along the walls’ edges, we achieved:

• A softer, more evenly distributed glow.
• Enhanced visual interest, complementing the room’s sleek aesthetics.

• Elimination of glare and unsightly bezels.

  

Night-Time Sensor Lighting

For convenience during the night, we installed background lighting controlled by a motion sensor. This provides a soft, warm glow that’s gentle on the eyes, ensuring the user isn’t startled awake by harsh light.

Underfloor Heating Installation
